Q. Can you give me a price over the phone for trimming or removing a tree?

 

A. This is truly impossible, given the many factors involved in tree trimming or tree removal. Some of these factors are tree size, the amount of trimming you need completed, danger level, access to the tree, time required and more. Our estimates are always free and we are competitively priced.

Q. Do you clean up all of the limbs and branches when you’re finished with the tree?

 

A. Absolutely. We haul away all of the debris and clean up so well you won’t even know we were there.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

 

A. Yes. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash. There is a 3.7% processing fee applicable for credit card transactions.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?

 

A. No. Payment is collected after the work is complete.

Q. When do I pay?

 

A. We collect payment when the job is complete, before we leave the job site.

Q. Do you do tree topping?

 

A. Tree topping should be avoided. This a detrimental tree practice that leads to structural weakness and unhealthy growth patterns.

Q. How do I know if my tree is in poor health?

 

A. Signs that you should look for are: dead and brittle wood, cracks, splits or discoloration in the bark, decay growing such as mold or mushrooms and unusual or uneven growth patterns.

Q. What is the difference between trimming and pruning?

 

A. Trimming is cutting pieces of your tree to enhance its appearance in both symmetry and thicker foliage. Pruning is removing unnecessary branches and roots to promote the health of your tree.
